By accessing or using CGB Visual Search ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CGB Visual Search provides AI-powered visual product search for WooCommerce stores. The Service allows store owners to let their customers find products by uploading photos.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

4.1 Plans

We offer Free and paid subscription plans with defined limits on products, searches, and features as described on our Pricing page.

4.2 Billing

  • Paid plans are billed monthly or annually, depending on your selection.
  • Payments are processed by secure third-party providers.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Prices are listed in USD and may be updated with 30 days' notice.

4.3 Refunds

We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase if the Service did not perform as described. Contact CGB-Visual-Search@cgbshop1.com for refund requests.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Upload malicious content or images that violate third-party rights
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract any part of the Service
  • Exceed your plan's usage limits through automated means
  • Share or redistribute your account access to unauthorized parties
  • Use the Service to build a competing product
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including the website, plugin, and all associated technology, is owned by CGB Visual Search and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service.

You retain all rights to your product data and store content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for providing search functionality.

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable advance notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms or abusive behavior.
  • Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless required by law.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first.
